UGH REALLY NOW.

He wasn't trying to poke in the cops eyes. The cop was kinda pointing dominantly at him saying "Are we clear??!!" and he 'pointed' back, kinda on him (the forehead, judging by the sound). The dude had no intentions of D34dly eye poke.

Weird hand movements? Yea, the guy is drunk like a moterfuckerer.
Wing Chun? UGH.... definitely.

Don't **** around with the cops in Amsterdam.

Everyone thinks Amsterdam is "Anything Goes" but the cops deal with a lot of **** (especially from foreigners) and dont **** around.

This is holland, and the title says "MALLOOT PROBEERT AGENT IN DE OGEN TE STEKEN" .
I don't know what Malloot means(probably something like idiot), but "proobert agent in de Ogen te steken" means "tries to poke a policeman in the eyes". And that's all I can see, he tries to, but doesn't actually. If he did the policeman would've reacted in another way.
