You set your comment as if we are to believe she really said "that is so bad it had to come from one of your idiot MMA people." I put that right up there with the one about the bunny that brings us eggs.

But of course the idea that she "used to be a chef" trumps an entire crew of them who are currently working on a VERY successful program, that anyone who has watched, which neither of you ever have, would agree.

You are not picking your battles well, we both know you have a problem with another issue here, as your private message to me about calling out people in the tank for Chuck shows.

So, you will understand if I now ignore the flummery, and I ignore you.

Not rotten shark, i did eat shark though.
it was sorta shark flesh, which they scraped and processed into twirled snacks which were deep fried.
it tasted okay, but i wouldnt want to spend money on it.
(i ate it at some exotic food convention)

also in iceland and indonesia they eat fish and shrimp what we would consider to be rotten.
the idonesian shrimps are called trashi if im not mistaken.

shark used to be common fare in the US. I always feel funny about eating an apex predator though, sort of like "hey you don't eat me I won't eat you ok?"

Rotten fish products are believe it or not one of those incredibly healthy things, they have all kinds of enzymes and stuff that are wonderful.

the Roman's favorite condiment was a combo of fish guts and vinegar, the name escapes me... the thai's have fish sauce, the Koreans make these wonderful marinated raw blue crabs that they let slightly putrefy... over rice it tastes really sweet and tender, just divine!

Actually really good aged beef is also ever so slightly putrified. It tendorizes the meat and when done in the absence of other bacteria is ok. Putrefication breaks down and makes the meat more digestile in some ways, go figure.

for last few years i've had my local butcher hang a side of rump for 6 weeks. he has to cut all the rotten meat and fat from the outside but what is left is so tender and tasty.
