Anyone interested in a So. Cal Riverside, County Throwdown?

I am just throwing this out there I still need to check with my coach. He's a very nice guy and the MA spot appears in a state of transition. They have decent space and they have one Pro MMA'er fighting out of there. Very Family type place. I am going to check in with him when I go to train tomorrow, to see if he would be willing to offer up a spot.

I will gladly watch and learn as you guys actually do the dang thing. I'm still getting into shape and am more doing the cardio side of my kick boxing stuff...I'm just doing boxing stations and running. Haven't sparred yet and haven't done any ground work. Don't want folks to think I have anything to offer.

These TD's seem like they would be really fun and I know my spot does let members throw get togethers there.

I'm down. Im only about a year and a half in myself of only 2x a week training so I am by no stretch of the imagination experienced either.

I was thinking of getting castrated, so it's either go to Riverside or get castrated....hard choice here.....better double check with the wife....

I switched gyms but I still am on good terms with the guy...will talk to him about it. Trying to set it up so that we don't have to pay to rent the gym. The new gym does not have a really large mat area but they are still growing...

Riverside Submission has the mats and decent space, but no ring. P-town Combat Sports Academy has some mat space and a ring but we have temp mat pads there till the real mats arrive.

I'll have to get some repertoire with my new spot before I think I would have the stroke to talk them into a throwdown...I'll keep working on it
