I'm trying to think. He got his ass kicked in Nico/Above The Law and ended up tied to a chair and pumped full of drugs, IIRC. I've seen him get shot and then pass out in a movie too (think it was Renegade Justice). Oh yeah, he got pwnt at the beginning of Hard To Kill too, which was kinda the whole premise of the movie...

I saw A Dangerous Man the other night. Seagal's character (there is only one) is basically a silverback gorilla with a dark past these days.

    Nope, Tom Cruise
The guy who invented Shaolin Gendai Kobudo-jutsu, I presume? Not the short, (allegedly) gay actor...

BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.

Larus, I guess I meant during fight scenes. But yeah, now that you mention it the premise of many of his movies were to come back from the dead by meditating and burning incense and then killing Italians and Jamaicans for vengeance. I think its Out for Justice. It was like the first rated R movie I saw.

Seagal is full to the brim with fail these days (and probably always has been, TBH) - yet still, he occasionally comes out with moments that I can only describe as 'freaking awesome'.

    e.g.
YouTube- Steven Seagal goes to the Store
    YouTube- Seagal scene hilarious!

If there is anyone in the WORLD that can win an MMA fight using Aikido it's going to be Anderson Silva. Maybe he's just looking for bigger and bigger handicaps to try to make his fights more challenging and this is the biggest one he could think of that didn't involve cutting off a limb?

This training should be highly effective if Silva's next fight is against Kelly LeBrock.

This isn't going to help Seagal's ego one little bit.

Save the video. A frame by frame comparison of it with Silva's next fight should prove most enlightening. If Sonnen grabs his wrist he's going to get WTFPWNed.
