    That wasn't that bad, hard contact TKD rules fight. Some nice solid kicks landed, much better than the vomit inducing foot tag commonly seen in World Tae Kwon Do Federation TKD competition rules. The training montages between rounds was placed a bit strangely.

    The SPARKLY GI self-defense kata at the end made me die a bit inside. Please don't watch this for your own sake.

    I am flabbergasted that Tracy Morgan is doing the announcing in that video.

    I liked it. Those guys were trying their damndest to rip one another's heads off with spinning hook kicks.
    The fool thinks himself immortal,
    If he hold back from battle;
    But old age will grant him no truce,
    Even if spears spare him.

    I agree with TheMightyMcClaw.

    It was hard contact, those kicks were screaming out at a very fast rate. I also admire their athleticism. I've also seen this vid before, it's rather old. I would watch TKD at the Olympics if it were more like this. Start mixing some punches in there and voila, brilliant!

    I actually agree. If alucard used this to destroy the punks at the movies, he is actually cool:karated:
