I like this guy's channel, I find it very informative, and he raises lots of points on the practical application of some kali techniques. But there are some instances (although very rarely) that I find some of his concepts a little iffy, like in this video. Do you kali guys really grip your karambits this way (with the middle finger in the hole)? Wouldn't you break your finger?

never seen this grip personally, i was taught index finger for pakal style grip and little finger for saksak (so for his style of grip little finger) occasionaly no finger, to be honest i am not that taken with the karambit once you get past the cool factor

Have a lever attached to an unsupported finger, liable to sideways torque? What could possibly go wrong?

I find most of the stuff being presented about karambit these days is flashy bullshit - it's the balisong of the 21st Century.
