    Hell yeah! Hell no!

What the hell is Mala Vidyea?

What is mala vidyea? it seems to be some weird kind of Indian Chi gong/ exercises, but I'm really not sure I can't even find info about it on the web. I came to know of it from a friend of my teacher.

Have you seen this - http://www.actionstrength.com/content.php?content_id=21 ? Mala Vidyea is referenced about half-way down the page.

    On this page - http://www.fighting.net/main.php?page=hsingh -

Action Strength – Martial Arts Strength & Conditioning. Action Strength is a unique combination of kettlebells, Tai Chi, Qi-Gung and his own Indian art of Mala Vidyea.
Sounds like Mala Vidyea is Harinder Singh's own method, presumably based on traditional Indian exercises. For more on that topic, see

Well, it's described as Singh's "own Indian art" and the term Mala Vidyea doesn't seem to show up in historical records of Indian physical culture, so my best guess is that it's his own thing, based on traditional exercises.
