It is basically Iron Palm, Bone etc training to its fullest. You basically are impervious to any strike to any point of the body.

As well as medicine ball conditioning helps boxers. It helps you get used to taking harder and harder blows.
Also, there are supposed to be different liniments used.The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Is it a bath type thing or a rub down deal during the exercise? Throughout the day?
Are there "internal" benefits?
I don't think the combat ki guys ever claimed to train golden bell, I've never seen liniments or heard them talk about herbs.

I remember reading about it. Its supposed to be like Iron Shirt but protects the head, including the eyes. If I remember correctly. I read it in a chi kung book that I didn't care much for. Originally Posted by Mr_Mantis
