Hi 8541,

I haven't heard of rapid fitness's program before, but Todd Wheeler is a familiar name. Are you guys new to the MMA scene in the area, or have I just missed you, being from the CH area?

Hawly sheeit, you should have been at the Pendergrass Nogi Jas. It was a Rapid Fitness invasion. I'm serious when I say there were hordes of RF guys in their rashguards and fight trunks. It was kinda cool, from a solidarity perspective, and they had a good showing. Coach Wheeler was there too.

8541, were you there for that comp?

Yea I was at the Pendergrass no gi. We just started competing as a "team" a couple months ago. Rapid fitness has had a mma program for a lil over a year now I believe. Todds a great coach, and the BJJ classes at Rapid have blown up sense he started teaching their.
