Rolling around Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Rocky Mount, Myrtle Beach; NC

Hello everyone,

On the 2nd-21st I'm visiting in North Carolina; mostly moving around the places listed in the title. Are there any good places where I can roll around for a bit in that area? I'm afraid I'll be terribly out of shape when I get back to Sweden otherwise. Last time I visited the US I was only there for a week and even my mother said I looked significantly fatter when I got back. :crybaby2:

Looked it up on google maps and I don't think I'll be around there.

Closest I'm going is Wilmington for a weekend but I think I'll be plenty busy then.

Sounds good then! Raleigh and Chapel Hill are the two places where I'll mainly be staying. I don't think I'll fit a gi with my trans-atlantic packing so it probably be no-gi.

I train with Southpaw up at Forged on the upper east side of Raleigh. Let us know what your schedule/plans are we'll figure something out. If you're a size A3 I have a spare gi you can use for a day if you want.

We are a no-gi crowd, so no extra clothes required; bring your mouthpiece and cup though if you can. I have spare sparring gear, but sharing that type of stuff is wrong.

Also in if your in Raleigh for a decent amount of time your more than welcome at Rapid fitness (rapidfitness.com). Guys are all real nice and what not. Forged fitness is a great place as well!
