Nutrition and work out plan
Hey peoples I am new to Bullshido and was wondering if I could get some help in getting a nutrition plan and a good work out plan.
I take some intense TKD (with MMA, Muay tai, and some jui jitsu mixed into classes) and well... I dont work out enough and am falling behind. I was wondering what is a good nutrition plan to lower my fat percentage and a good work out plan to help build muscles in chest, abs, biceps, and calf's I prefer to not have to use weights yet but all be getting weights in the next 2 months. If you need any more info just post and all try to answer to help get a good plan :)
