Will you tell us which muscles are disproportionate, or do we guess?

We might as well be pissing in the wind if you don't tell us what exactly seems to be troubling you.

Ill just give you guys my example because I have the same question
My pecks and biceps are not the same size/ dont have the same strength. It seems that the workouts to counteract the disproportionate muscles actually causes the other muscles to get even more disproportionate. So what can I do? Should I just not work out at all and wait like a year for my muscles to just revert to the beginning.

What you get out of this site depends on what you put in. We are happy to help you and discuss specific problems, but if you don't care enough to give us the background information we need to properly address your problem, why should we care enough to try to answer your question?

Don't waste our time and we won't waste yours.

What are you comparing them to? Pec to bicep? Left pec to right pec?

    Communicate, FFS.
