    disproportionate muscle growth

    hi I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on disproportionate muscle growth and how to fix it

    Ill just give you guys my example because I have the same question
    My pecks and biceps are not the same size/ dont have the same strength. It seems that the workouts to counteract the disproportionate muscles actually causes the other muscles to get even more disproportionate. So what can I do? Should I just not work out at all and wait like a year for my muscles to just revert to the beginning.
