Style: BJJ/Zumba--
Wow, this is awesome. I've been bad at this type of transition and have never got my transition to farside armbar as smooth as I would like. This drill is definitely going into my training arsenal!
I'd often want to drill out the armbar setups with class mates, but as stated in the vid, it does take time and starts cutting into the amount of reps you can knock out with it.
I think the main problem I'd had was not posting the hand to support and brace my weight/movement across my partner as I transitioned. -
