    I take fish oil too. It's really good for my skin (and other stuff too, but that's my main thing)

    Is this generic fish oil or this cod liver oil I hear so much about?

    I take fish oil for my joints. My elbows get pretty bad when I'm not on them.

    I take Flax instead of Fish oil. Same benefits, less fish burps, and less chance of mercury/lead poisoning.

    It's no miracle drug or anything, but I've noticed that I recover faster from an intense workout if I take it vs. when I don't.
