I'm really curious as to why that one guy was in his underpants beating up the other.
While the Dreaded Cocklock didn't leave Captain Underpants a gibbering pile of disintegrated atoms, it did seem to do the job of getting him to stop punching that unfortunate fellow. Though, I imagine if he had simply continued to punching said victim of fate, he would've released the Naked Avenger's manhandle.
And, judging from the noises he made, having someone attempt to pull your dick straight off like a Mortal Kombat fatality stings quite a bit.
