    Effective looking MT kata

    I saw this searching through youtube and was very impressed by this. Even the high knees are implemented. The other amazing thing is the evasion tactics where the opponent can't touch you at all. I can even see this as being effective against multiple opponents. Tell me what you think.

    lol i know/knew a shitload of ppl who owned a pair of hammer pants back in the day,they woulda been totally kickarse in them lol.
