    Welcome to Bullshido. I've been training for ten years and I'm still learning everyday.

    Enjoy the journey. Don't worry about belts or comparing your progression to your peers rate of advancement. Breath during sparring. Sounds simple, but a surprisingly large number of people get hung up on holding their breath while rolling.

    I just started the BJJ thing a week ago.

    Yes, DO breathe. Makes a difference, on and off the mats. Go figure.

    Learn to tap now, and you can roll more later. At least, that's what I do.
