Principal throws student

That video is going to cause problems.
At :22, the principal is ground grappling with the kid and the kid's buddy comes over and pansy-pushed the principal.
If the kid's buddy had any brains he would have soccer-kicked the principal and proved grappling doesn't work in multiple attacker scenarios.

I think it depends on the nature of the "inappropriate pictures". If it was a picture of a girl's ass in pants, then no it's not justified. If the kid sneaked into the locker room and took pictures of her in some state of undress, then the kid deserves expulsion, legal charges (for production of child pornography), and a beating (not necessarily in that order).

At my kid's school cell phones are banned. Kids still have them, but if a staff member sees them with they confiscate it.

This shouldn't happen, because the real number 1# rule as a teacher is never to get personally attached.

Kid does stuff that you think is horrible? - Not your business. Not your daughter, not your problem, not your, and I repeat myself, goddamn business.

If he shows around the pictures on a fucking videobeamer, or prints them on the blackboard, okay. But if not, WTF do you care?!

Outside of the class room, as long as no law is directly violated that the school board rules clearly forbid, the kids can AND SHOULD do whatever they fucking want.

Oh, and, boyz, I am pretty sure someone has pics and vids of your daughters doing pretty slutty things. And maybe even touches him- or herself while looking at them. BECAUSE THAT IS FREAKING NORMAL FOR A FIFTEEN YEAR OLD.

The girls are all like 12-14 y/o.

The principal would be liable for no matter what happens, be it this douchey fag taking pix of the girls or his restraining him from deleting the evidence. Better the principal err on the side of caution and the side of popular public opinion.
