Beautiful throw. Still, I stay true to my love:

I seriously need to find me a woman like that. I even have my own mats, although they are more for grappling then throwing. Sadly, most of the women I seem to come across are too busy trying to look cute (no physical activity allowed that could potentially affect their "cuteness"), getting plastered, and/or waking up pregnant!

How shiny is that bronze medal? Did she medal at nationals or an international comp?

The big one: the Olympics. She's a many time US national champion. She's pretty much the best female Judoka ever from the US, except for maybe her mother who was world champion.

She did her Olympics training up this way at Jimmy Pedro's gym in Wakefield, MA. Tough girl.

it's about time some other north american judo girls got into mma. i was getting lonely ;)

i'm pretty excitied to see her fight. she's one tough cookie and if she trains for mma anything like she trained for the olympics she'll tear through any ammys and turn pro in no time.

i'm curious what weight class she's going to fight at? her ussual judo weight of 70kg is closest to 155, but there isn't a tonne of competition there. if she can make the cut to 145 there is so many more opportunities!

She's going straight to pro. Her first fight is Sept. 17.
