5 straight armbars in under a minute. Ridiculous. I think that they'd want to test her at least once before signing to Strikeforce but I'm not sure who they could get to fight her at this point. If she wins twice at SF then they'd throw her to Cyborg, who's grappling at Mundials was extremely impressive.

Also here is a cute interview to solidify her fanbase:

And here is the actual fight itself:

There's some beautiful judo in this fight.
A nice Ippon-Kouchi-Makikomi (I think - hard to tell from that angle). Followed later by a real strong koshi-guruma in to kesa-gatame, followed obviously by the standard Juji-Gatame.

I just love watching judo inside the cage.

    Ronda's signed with Strikforce!
She's fighting in the Fedor-Hendo undercard.
A third women’s bout has been added to the undercard of the upcoming July 30th, Strikeforce: Fedor vs Henderson event in Chicago, IL, as Sarah “The Monster” D’Alelio (4-1) takes on Olympic judo bronze medallist, “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey (2-0) in a 145-pound matchup. D’Alelio, the first woman to sign a Strikeforce contact under the new Zuffa regime

Gene Lebell rated her MT at 6/10, her boxing at 7/10 and her grappling at 10/10. People saying Ronda needs to learn BJJ are fags.

I'm surprised, I guess I had just assumed Zuffa would phase out the women's fights. Awesome news for her

He's been training MMA fighters and Judging MMA since practically the beginning, so I suppose he has a "coach's eye" for it. He certainly never competed in MT.
