Link doesn't appear to be working, mate. Alas, I've been keen to start tightening up my omos, as well. I've started hitting them every couple of rolls, which is good. Seems easy once you get the control down (still need heaps of practice)!

Ok, this vid was awesome, ever since watching the first vid done by Stephen Kesting I've come to really appreciate the videos and how he sets things out.
This is definitely going to help me, I've had trouble with being able to 'lead' with the foot to get the omo set up, and will try leading with the knee tonight to see if that helps me as well as some of the variations (we're playing from guard a bit atm, fav sweep/sub and I think want to focus on the omo!).
