    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Almost 10 Minutes of Omo Plata Details

Missed this one in my email address but when I came across this it made me think about all of the different things you can do and opportunities you can create from just one position.

Stephan sends out these e-mails but because they are sent to my e-mail I don't really get to hear others peoples opinions and views on what you all think about it and how you would approach these situations.

He always seems to know what he's talking about so I usually check out what info he has.

I'm a big fan of the oma plata mostly to sweep not so much submit

Link doesn't appear to be working, mate. Alas, I've been keen to start tightening up my omos, as well. I've started hitting them every couple of rolls, which is good. Seems easy once you get the control down (still need heaps of practice)!

Edit: Think tinyurl must of been down for a minute, it's working now!

Daniel: I don't know if I know enough karate.

    Miyagi: Feeling correct.

Daniel: You sure know how to make a guy feel confident.

Miyagi: You trust the quality of what you know, not quantity.

Ok, this vid was awesome, ever since watching the first vid done by Stephen Kesting I've come to really appreciate the videos and how he sets things out.

This is definitely going to help me, I've had trouble with being able to 'lead' with the foot to get the omo set up, and will try leading with the knee tonight to see if that helps me as well as some of the variations (we're playing from guard a bit atm, fav sweep/sub and I think want to focus on the omo!).
