Six months of stalking plus...
...this? How is this not attempted murder? Premeditation plus intent.A local police officer told the courts "Barreaux was arrested within the hour and told us he had wanted to see his rival wiped out for killing off his character."
It is possible that he put up some bullshit defense of being under the spell of the evil videogame, but surely that would put him in the crazy house even longer. Given that even the sentencing judge called this psycho a "menace", what is the reason for the light sentence? -
