Yeah, nothing good comes from keeping secrets from your doctor. Telling them everything REALY helps them to do a proper diagnosis.

I just don't want to look like some hypochondriac finding problems everywhere.

That being said I have to go see a GP in two weeks for an unrelated matter anyway, I'll drop it off while I'm at it.

Whenever I hold my hands in front of myself in seated position (ie I play video games, read a book, etc), after about 15-30 minutes my left hand goes numb. I can move it fine and all and if I rest it goes back fine but it's still worrying because it never used to do that. My best guess is that my clavicle's new angle is interfering with blood flow in a way or another when my arms are in that position. It does not seem really dangerous but it does suck.

I'm not certain if it's worthwhile to bring it up at my next medical appointment or even if there's something that can be done about it.

Sounds like thoracic outlet syndrome brought on by the lack of mobility from the healing process.
Definitely mention it to your doc, but in general opening the shoulder laterally from the chest can alleviate this.
