What, do you live in a stadium or something?
You just don't need a laser indoors.
Do me a solid, next time you hit the (outdoor,) range try a little point shooting at 25 meters. Just point the gun at the thing you want to hit, and pull the trigger.
No fancy aimin' or usin' sights or nothin'.
Notice you still hit the target.
Lasers ostensibly take away the time required to acquire a sight picture, but under 25 meters, (gunfight range) there's scant need to do so. It's like using a mouse at that range, point and click.
What you do need, and should be worried about with a pistol, is getting a damned good flashlight on that rail, and finding a holster that will accommodate it.
Lumination in a firefight, especially an indoor firefight, is SO important.Sometimes, we put Ricin in the Cocaine. :ninja7:

Lasers are nice for "stand-off" situations where you have the time to locate the dot and place it on target..it also has a psychological effect on the person its placed on. For most defensive shooting scenarios though, that seemingly small fraction of time it takes for your eyes and brain to register where that little dot is takes more time than you realize. A red dot optic is far better than a laser IMO.
