Can we all agree that music and fighting don't mix? Much like wine and beer on an empty stomach.

Obviously you've missed many an inspirational training sequence, have they no Rocky movies in this strange land you inhabit? No Karate Kid? What about "You're the best, around. Nothings ever gonna take you down." You feeling it yet?

Still not feeling it......sorry. "There's No Easy Way Out" was a corn-fed piece of ****. Roseanne Barr could have been singing the National Anthem while Rocky was training and I would have been fired up. See, it's the fighting that's cool (or preparation for battle) not the weak-ass song that plays in the background.

I wrote a rhyme recently, written in first person narrative about a professional fighter. I fucking love the chorus, if I do say so myself, I am not sure if my accent/ Aussie drawl allows or disallows ease of rhythmic translation to the rest of the English speaking world, but it flows when I rhyme it, trust me:

I've been trained to keep fighting,
    Until after I'm dead, bro,
    My apparition will be sighted,
    Shin kicking my headstone.

What about Ong Bak, when the big guy from Twisted Sister smacks down the Thai girl and Tony Jaa steps up, there's some funky Thai music going in the background that signifies an oncoming asswhooping. You have to appreciate that ****. Get your ass over to the sink and spit out that Hatorade you've been drinking.
