I first came upon this instructor when I search for JKD / Wing Chun near my area. When I tried to ask more about his lineage, I got no real asnwer, just "from my father.."

I searched further into his name and it came up that he comes from a Kung-Fu lineage. His website is: http://montrealmartialarts.wordpress.com If you look he claims to teach: JKD, Wing Chun, Kali, TKD, Hapkido, Savate, MMA, No Gi / Gi grappling and Machida Karate(!!)
How the heck is one able to teach all these styles, with no info of their training(!) But just a Kung Fu background.

Sent email to highly recognized JKD master, Mr. P. Gelinas of GAMMA. He replied: "I don't know who he trained with or under for any of the arts he claims as an influence.

I have never heard of him before. This statement is not a dig, just a fact which indicates that I can neither endorse, nor criticize him."

Dude, I told you that you wouldn't be getting much traction on this. Any representations he's making of himself are minor, he's got few students, and they're probably getting "okay" training.

Although your enthusiasm is welcome, you're not going to get far with this guy.

Moved on to a REAL teacher. Not one that claims to teach things that he does'nt really know

I contacted where he teaches ,"Club Kozak" a very reputable gym. They said that he is not part of ther program , and simply rents out the gym.
