    Mr. one leg

I don't really know where to post this so i just posted it in YMAS. But i'm pretty amazed at this guy Franky " Mr. one leg" Van Hove. Simply because he has only one leg and still competes at BJJ tournaments and he even does MMA. Don't know if there are other fighters who have a handicap or a missing limb and still compete and this is the only one i know but i'm really amazed. Ow, don't try to mind the talking in the videos.

Haha, that is a guy from my club talking in the first vid and a member of my club that was fighting (not the one-legged guy)

There was recently a former D1 wrestler with no arms or legs (at least not whole ones, he has stumps) who competed in MMA...if only I could find a link...or remember his name.

He could benefit from some SAMBO (leglocks) it seems.

I was a little shocked. Sure, he changed sides quickly, but I guess even a dog can realize it has more in common with the wolf than with the shephard.

I give him the names of some BJJ schools in the area, and we go our separate ways.

It's always nice to see someone overcoming a disability than some of the videos on youtube that show others lowering the bar for the disabled to exceed.

I like that. Nice that he made the other guy tap too. Just goes to show you it's not all physical game out there. Although he does have a bit of an advantage passing the guard ;)
