An instructor trained by Dillman apparently came to our gym the one time and wanted to try out his pressure point stuff. One of our purple belts said he wanted to grapple him and he could try whatever he wanted. Apparently, after a while he was trying to crawl away but the purple kept dragging him back in till he tapped.
I asked him if the pressure point stuff had any effect when they grappled and he said "Yes ! It pissed me off ! ". -

Thats a pretty good story. I knew a guy in college who "could move things with his mind" he was pretty good with that one. He used this clear gum stuff that was damned near impossible to see and all he had to do was have it stuck to a finger and touch the object once before making it float. Blew people away every time! Great pickup opener too.
On a slightly stranger note I once tried that no touch stuff on a student (not my student but the Thai Boxing coaches student I worked with). I put my hands on either side of his head but not touching his head. I started concentrating on moving energy thru my hands like its always described by these guys. All of a sudden the student gets dizzy and has to sit down. I suspect it was more about the student wanting to believe than anything actually happening. Made a nice buzz at the school thou. :D -

When my tai chi teacher was looking for new training rooms he also visited the dojo of a married couple that practiced no touch ko on each other. He asked if they could show it on him, but they said he'd probably die so the guy (being his wives master) showed it on her. great...
Or a man and his wife.I think this no touch nonsense actually touches (pun intended) upon something more interesting to research, the bond between master/teacher and student. -

the more you invest in a belief the more you need it to be true.

This is one of my favorites. -
