    or maybe pictures?

if you know the mum you sorta get an idea what the kid is like.
    like dogs and their owners.
would you say the mom is hot in bed?
(relevance: the kids got some fighting spirit or not)

If he applies the RNS he is going to be expelled for at least a week, likely more. If he cares about his grades, this can be a major problem.

He might even be sent to another school for problem kids. Parents are likely to sue, and choking someone is often thought of as deadly force.

Now lets add that anyone who is a bully has self image issues, and the humiliating defeat in front of his peers could inspire him to bring a gun to school to avenge his humiliation.

The skills of closing the gap, clinching, take downs and position are about the only ones safe to use in a public school setting. Moreover, the concepts of Dr. Webester-Doyle need to be given much more time than most people care to.

Of course, as a performer I think as bit differently... one might take a page from the last UFC when he is hit again, and see if he can do as good a job as Koshchek did....

...might make an interesting reaction from school officials.
"Out of every hundred men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the one, one is a warrior, and he will bring the others back." -- Hericletus, circa 500 BC

If you like, I could ask him if he might make a short vid with me on the subject. He has (unfortunately) become an "expert" on the subject of dealing with untrained 8th grade n00b spaz. It might be very useful for the kid to see how someone his own age deals with the same stuff. Knowing that he can actually pull it off in Teh D34dly Pl4ygr0und might go a long way towards giving him confidence that it is not just studio theory. Confidence in technique is HUGE for kids learning to protect themselves IMO.

Edit: Tripp is correct. No chokes, strangles or joint attacks, except maybe chicken wing.

For what it's worth, my go to combo at that age was sucker punch to full nelson and wait for an adult or surrender. I hated getting hit ;)

I dont want the kid to get in trouble with school or have his mom come back bitching he got suspended, but it seems like the school admins/teachers have already dropped the ball since this is already an ongoing problem. The mom must not have alot of faith in the school to handle this if she brought him to us. Tonight we will go with crossing the gap, take down and dominate position and getting the attention of an adult for help.

    no way bro.
its really true that you can tell things through other things.
    like it works two ways.
if the kid is docile and meek, you can bet your ass, the moms like all submissive and stuff, maybe she'll pout a little with her perky mouth but you can pretty much introduce new positions or even toys, but if the kid is fiesty you can bet your ass his mom is too, now she wil have a mind of her own in the sack but that can be quite a lot of fun.

****, now i forgot what this thread was about..

kick the shins. remember, a bully needs the audience of his buddies. taking him down invites them to come play. kick the shins, hurts like hell, little damage unless he's wearing hiking boots, and keeps the distance so he can take off.
