At least the Hapkido grading didn't consist of a charming high school musical performance.

The fact that you think these videos are going to impress Bullshido any more than the Tristar videos tells me how little you actually understand what Bullshido is about.

Your videos demonstrated dead, compliant technique.

Familiarize yourself with Bullshido and the training methology this site advocates before every posting it.

I have no desire to come by your school, given the way you represent it and your instructor, nor do your videos give me any reason for doing so. If I found out one of my students was going around the Internet badmouthing other local schools in an incredibly immature fashion, while claiming to represent my school, and dropping my name in a public forum, they would not have a good experience the next time they came to class. If they behaved like you did, they may find themselves kicked out.

Just for your information, there are posters on this forum from several schools in your area, such as the Gaijin-ryu dojo and others.

You may want to consider how your posting will reflect on your school.

    Is that so?

    You posted that on 2-11-2008.

Your Youtube video of your Black Belt test is dated 7-1-2009.

Three to four years to a black belt. That's a fairly standard time limit for belt factory Hapkido.

You're really not helping yourself, your instructor, or your school out here.

My instructor contacted me this morning and was not pleased with this and in hindsight I can’t blame him. He said that he told you he would have me remove the vids and slander towards the other school and asked me to report back to him when I have done so.

Apparently I do not have the ability to edit my posts.

Since I do not have the ability to do so, I am asking if you would use your Mod powers since you are a forum leader to remove/edit the 2 post I have made concerning the other school.

This forum does not work like that. Posts are not removed/edited in order to make people responsible for their words.

I am completely stunned by the posting of a totally compliant Black Belt test as evidence in support of anything.

#1 lesson of this thread: Read more. Post Less.

Thank you bpoch73. I have heard of United Hapkido before, but nothing really about them. Now I know enough to warn people away.

I teach up in Frederick (where you are posting from), but honestly, from your post I have no interest in teaching you anything. United Hapkido may in fact be perfect for you.

Also stay away from Tristar. They have already been informed, hopefully you will no longer be allowed to "stop by" and "observe."
