If you wanna do an ad for martial arts, let the following be your benchmark.
YouTube- Jhoon Rhee Taekwondo Nobody Bother Me Commercial
And Jhoon Rhee, though not a native English speaker, had the good sense to employ someone who was. :-) -

The guy's poor use of english really bothers me.
Also, the thing where he says he's a Christian, but basically says that, "you have to find the right religion for you". Wtf!? It might be a good point, but I'd be astounded to hear a follower of say, Shinto, say, "hm, maybe Shinto isn't right for you, try Islam."
Proper MAs are not like religions or cults in any way.
disclaimer: I'm slightly drunk as I type.

Let's see: MMA team that doesn't compete in MMA, Christian rap, Black Sabbath music video effects, textbook chunnery, trying to make Christianity look cool, Bruce Lee nutriding, theatrical elbows, girly chainpunching, overanalyzed finger jabs, unnecessarily long focus mitt combinations, it's got it all.

OddFor one thing cagefighting is a sport not reality nor real fighting so most if not all the BJJ they do in the cage wont work on concreate and I have done BJJ for 13 years and im very good but, I don’t use any BJJ in real fights on the streets nor the bars I bounce at.

Emphasis mine.
My personal experience and observation is that most owners don't want the staff beating down an unruly customer. It's often bad for business.
Most prefer that the person is escorted outside by one or two "bouncers". A good joint lock after a throw to the ground is an effective way to get the bad customer to see the error of their ways. Sure, there are those so tanked as to be the exception. -
