I like how in the video, the actual moves shown are taught in MMA. (arm bar escape, take downs etc etc)

The whole site is bad, bad, bad, but I found this part especially interesting. There's supposedly a letter from Erik Paulson (who he refers to as "sensei"), and the lack of writing ability makes me wonder if it's written by Keuneke himself:
