Regarding the outside knee bump, this video (Saenchai vs Nong-O) features one of the most dramatic examples I've ever seen:

Here's some karate! Competing in Shobu Ippon tourney next week and this will be my go to move from Gyaku tsuki Jodan (hopefully).

I dunno. Replace that follow-up punch to the chest with a hammer-fist to the jewels, accompanied by a blood-curdling kiai, and I'll give it equal points.

Hmm... Normally I'd agree but this guy wrecks people's **** with it, (skip to 1:10 for the first one)

Hehe that's the sweep I do all the time. Though you don't really have to shove them that much. I prefer to hit with the hand.

I love how the first guy (the balding guy) shined him on right at the beginning but he sure didn't like getting taken the **** down, did he!?! Hilarious.

I thought you'd get a kick out of this. While Kaensak doesn't really have a reputation for being a clinch specialist, he has some VEEERY slick tricks! Most of this video is just playful sparring (kick exchanges), but when they clinch up he pulls off some really neat moves.

If you want to see more about sweeps and throws used in Karate competition, I suggest looking up Rafael Aghayev (current WKF champion) on youtube who uses a variety of throws and sweeps in most of his matches.
