Having said that, when he says "Burgerking", he doesn't mean the TM flame broiled patty. He's just saying eat with extreme prejudice. Yes, there are more nutritious ways to eat. A homemade burger with a better bun, cheese, condiments, salad and milk would also fit the bill.
And for most of us, gaining some fat is gonna to go along with gaining muscle. Perish the thought of cutting and gaining at the same time. You might...just don't bet on it. -

That's pretty good, you'd surely gain quickly but put on a lot around the stomach.
I wouldn't recommend too much more than 50-75 grams of protien a "meal."
