It's specifically geared towards body builders. It talks about displaying the chest muscles. Might be what you're looking for though.

Stuart McRobert and the Brawn series goes into some details about ribcage expansion.
Basically, it supposedly can be done with a few exercises. (despite conventional wisdom saying you can't)
I've always been suspicious of it though. If your goal is function (which if you are doing MA - it shoudl be), then I wonder if attempting that could open you up for injuries.The Wastrel - So attractive he HAS to be a woman.
