Am I reading this wrong?
Hey. I was just on this site "Supreme Body Building" and I went into the diet section and there was a link eating to get huge. So I read it and it said get lots of protien 400 - 500 g a day which is true if you're trying to get big. But then it said "Get your protien in and go balllistic" and said to go eat Burger King, Pizza, Donuts,Snickers etc. Am I misreading this or is this person providing false information? Yeah if you want to get fat then go on that diet. But if you want to get big, then eat pounds of meat and cut carbs. Go to http://www.supremebodybuilding.com/eatsize.htm and read it. I may have misread it, but I'm pretty sure this is what this site said.

Having said that, when he says "Burgerking", he doesn't mean the TM flame broiled patty. He's just saying eat with extreme prejudice. Yes, there are more nutritious ways to eat. A homemade burger with a better bun, cheese, condiments, salad and milk would also fit the bill.
And for most of us, gaining some fat is gonna to go along with gaining muscle. Perish the thought of cutting and gaining at the same time. You might...just don't bet on it.

That's pretty good, you'd surely gain quickly but put on a lot around the stomach.
I wouldn't recommend too much more than 50-75 grams of protien a "meal."

yes you will gain fat but you cannot gain muscle and loose fat at the same time unless you are overweight and new to weight lifting you can always cut the fat later

If u start such a diet ure living even unhealthyer then if u wouldnt be working out at all.Sport is destroying ure boddy and then filling it up with junk thats a way to get cancer or what ever u namethis is food that has a lot of potential for free radicals.
