A good article all Koscheck should also be disqualified for life for the faking of illegal contact if it was that obvious. That imo is cheating plain and simple and grounds for DQ and being booted.

We have never seen it in football? Or basketball?

By saying I am "putting the black hat" on, I am saying lets look at another side of this.

It is done in sports ALL the time; basketball comes to mind.

Is this any different? Would it have happened if he hadn't thrown the knee?

Ah, never heard that expression before. I usually only hear "Devil's Advocate." I don't think it's any different, honestly. Josh also has a previous record with this stuff in his fight against Rumble Johnson.

How is it different?
Because in MMA 1 point can decide an entire match in a 3 round fight, and because in MMA atheletes only get to compete a couple of times a year.

It's not the same as pretending to go flying in basketball.
