    Chulki is one of the kata that Taekwon "borrowed" from karate. In Karate they are called Tekki or Naihanchi (depending on if you want the Okinawan or the mainland Japanese pronunciation of the name kanji).
    What the guy performed in the video was naihanchi sho, one of the many versions of the naihanchi kata around.

    Not to jump on a brother from another mother, but it's Naihanchi Shodan, as there are three divisions of Naihanchi/Tekki/Naebojin/Cheolgi. It's not necessarily a "version" of the Naihanchi kata. It's just the first piece.

    its my understanding that the 3 pieces were all one kata but then broken apart to make it easier to remember. After kihons they are the first kata a student will learn in our style.
