I disagree.. if he had brought his butt to his head it would be a butt-head

but in this circumstnce he has clearly brought his head to his butt, therefore head-butt

In this instance, the butt is elevated above the head. Hence, BUTT, then HEAD. If, on the other hand, he was lowering his head into a butt, that would have been deemed a HEAD, then BUTT.
