Only on Bullshido will a question about applying a head butt turn into a two page discussion on the merits of suplexing a rapist dog while a Herr Kaiser shits on them both. One could say we have strayed from the topic on hand.
To the OP, try headbutting a brick wall until it doesn't hurt, then move on to headbutting a knife. It may hurt at first, but that's just your chi getting used to it. Keep practicing! -
