Yeah that Sports Science crap is a joke. The guy stood still and hit the dummy with a straight punch, she stepped in and threw a hook. Everyone thats ever trained in their lives knows that by punching the way she did you will generate twice the amount of power you punch with a quick straight punch.

An even worse episode was the one where they "proved" Fedors choke hold was more powerful than the one of a python. lol, I dont think Ive ever seen worse "science" in my life.
