LOL No I'm volunteering at a holistics learning institute for the summer. No pay, get to live in a tent, but they feed me and meet a lot of very interesting and sometimes odd people. I met Yang, Jwing-Ming the first summer I was there, I ended up doing some poor ASL interpreting for a Deaf participant because there wasn't an interpreter there for what ever reason.
Its kind of a who's who of the new age, Oparah book club, etc speeking tours who come and teach there.
They've got a couple of nice questionable Qigong guys coming this year.

Allright, tenty. I'm going to live in a tent, but only for about a week. BUT, I'm going to drink booze with the consistency of lighter fluid, use pine cones for TP, try my damnest to kill breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and hopefully not get devoured alive by ticks and mosquitos (and Bears/ fat chicks.)

Booze is a pretty regular thing among the staff anyways, and I hear you about the ticks, Dutchess county in NY (where this place is) has the highest rate of Lyme's in New York.

Oh, I assure you, new age hippies are not particularly fond of bathtub brew from cold pits of Siberia. 40% kerosine, 10% boiled wooden furniture, and 50 % whatever the hell that drippy engine stuff is.
