Is Melbourne close to Thunder Dome?

Melbourne is too dangerous. You never know where henchmen of Tina Turner will strike from in Australia.

Also, chai muggers in the alternative suburbs pushing their indieprogressiverock onto you, violently "Buy the EP, BUY THE EP, FREE LOVE, AND BUY THE EP" *is beaten with giant cup of chai*.
Daniel: I don't know if I know enough karate.

    Miyagi: Feeling correct.

Daniel: You sure know how to make a guy feel confident.

Miyagi: You trust the quality of what you know, not quantity.

They say you can tell the people who've caught a train in Melbourne by their eyes. It's such a traumatic experience it irreversibly changes a man.

back to something vaguely resembling the thread topic...

LOL Sang, I love that the guy with the steak face still has it in him to smoke.

It's like, what can a couple of drags possibly add to his injuries.

Well it's been a long time, but I am now enrolled in the grappling program at Dominance and just came home from BJJ.

It either went awesome or **** depending on your point of view. I loved it. At the end I was ready to die!

I spent most of the time underneath some 19 year old beginner trying to work an escape but failing. Whoever said it would be a mad workout was absolutely right.

Well thanks for the help and I look forward to training more in the future.

Can I just get a quick bit of advice in recovering from training, Time constraints mean I can train on Tuesdays and Saturdays, I want to train Wednesdays as well, and I am usually a bit sore the next day or so.

It' usually around the groin, chest and shoulders, and stretching doesn't seem to help to much.

You should be hurting. You should be hurting everywhere. Getting out of bed the morning after should be an achievement. But it's a GOOD kind of hurt.
