While going to a foreign country and playing up the starving fighters angle is lame, I have to be the one to say I think this is a pretty cool idea. Like the ancient Olympic boxing cestus with a modern twist, the "3 million volt" taser knuckledusters would make boxing much more interesting! Really the voltage is going to be much lower since you have to leave the taser on for a while and that drains the battery really fast. I can't wait for the suburban American copycats to post their matches!
