    What do you guys usually do for you curriculum other than the days you spar?

    Typically we will do 20-30 minutes of cardio/strength then 20-30 kihon (basics), then from there it varries. We will do ido geiko (moving basics), kata, self defense, kumite drills, on occasion we work judo drills.

    Hmm... Very similar to what we do. I might have to make a special trip to train with you guys.

    I still do. I just would like to see what else is out there.

    My hopes are to get my shodan this year. I need to work on my kata and my sparring because I transferred from another system. :/

    We are similar but different. Kumite would be biggest difference as there would be different fighters to bang with. Come by anytime, if possible let me know a few days before so I can get you on the list to get in and not have to pay.

    Hey thanks. I'll let you know. It would be a while until I'd pay a visit because of school.

    I plan on competing in the Kyokushin Challenge.
