This fight should have happened 8 years ago, with a different outcome. The next time I want to wake up hung over with my wallet 50 bucks lighter I will go down to Tijuana.

I've definitely spent $50 on worse crap than that. I thought Floyd was masterful. He has an almost jedi-like ability to impose his game on the opponent and break down their form. I was also impressed with how he withstood the battering in round two. As an overall exercise in poise, strategy, and patience, it was a really engrossing fight.

Fighter's fighting past their prime (ie Mosley) how exciting is that? Courture, no I really do not want to watch him fight again either. Let some young guns get after it that are really hungry. Now that is an exciting fight!

and here comes the "yeah well if he was younger" line.

mayweather methodically beats up on everyone in front of him but it doesnt really matter what he does because people think with their hearts not their minds. Shane did have a moment in the second round, and that was -it-. the rest of that fight he was made to look old and amateurish. when he beats the **** out of manny im sure the cry will go back to "oh he needs to fight someone his own size!"

the funny thing is, despite the hype, mosely was a huge betting underdog in this fight. nobody actually putting money down expected the guy to win. what does that tell you?

    meh.

This fight makes me want to see Pacman and Mayweather less. I think the outcome will be similar to this fight just with Mayweather landing a few less punches but stilling taking the decision.

I hope I'm proven dead wrong though.

No **** he looked old cupcake. My point still stands, fight should have happened 8 years ago. Round 2, I'd wager a guess would have been repeated 3 or 4 times until pretty boy was ktfo. Oh well, shoulda coulda woulda.

You guys think Pacman is on the juice? Will he fight Mayweather?

This fight reminded me why I love boxing. Beautiful technical display by Mayweather as always and it was fun seeing him stand his ground this time around.

Exactly, I was into this fight the entire time. The people I was with were falling asleep, but they don't appreciate good boxing, they want blood and flying teeth and knockouts.
