    Tournament fight in 2 weeks... how to prepare?

    in two weeks i stand against a Brazilian jiujitsu and kickboxing practitioner, how would one prepare for such a fight?

    well I'd hope that going to the gym and training would play the major part of your preparation.

    seriously, you aren't gonna get noticeably stronger or fitter in two weeks so just show up to training as much as possible and make sure your technique is down
