    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Art Of Defense MMA

We are a MMA school serving both competitive and non-competitive crowds. We have anywhere from 4-10 amateur fighters at a time, myself included.
About 2200 sq foot facility, still on puzzle mats. Lots of nice but used kick bags, throw dummies, Plum Clinch Dummies.

I don't do weapons, but it's good from what I've seen. Mostly Kali/Arnis stuff, focusing on knives and two stick styles. Though we rotate in nunchux, kama, bullwhip, single stick, barong, and sarong. (Sarong is fucking brutal)

The non-competitive classes are a little less fitness oriented, add some dirt, and require a less robust tolerance to pain. Other than that they are similar classes to what you'd expect from a fight oriented school.

Comp classes consist on one hour striking (mixes KB,MT,JKD,TKD,Shooto) and one hour striking/grappling or just grappling 5 days a week (grappling is mostly Bayless JJ, with some catch and shooto)

Our teacher learned it for a special "Indiana Jones" day capm he ran for the lil dragons kids. After that he found he liked it so much that he included it in the curriculum.

Not the most practical weapon....but really besides a gun what is?

Just to clarify, are you an instructor there/somehow else associated with the school you review and that bears the same name that you use as your username here?

I'm an assistant instructor and student. Gotta rep the school.

Very well, fair enough. I'd encourage a larger review, though, more than flyer size.

Fair enough, what else should I provide? I've never done a review before...
