    Spins?

What are good floor exercises to nail the 540 hook kick? Im a good jumper and can stick other spin kicks but neither I nor my trainees can figure out what to do. Any advice?

Why do you even want to do the 540 hook kick? If it is to look cool, then go ahead and keep on practicing. If you think it would be of any utility in an actual fight, think again. It just won't. Don't waste your time on it. Go to the gym and lift some weights, go for a run to work on your cardio, or go find a heavy bag to hit.

you ninja fags just got owned in a bad way. this thread should go to the classics and mega thread forum due to the sheer size of taebo_master and gajusceaser's penis. (with which they just smacked across these ninja's faces)

Hang from a ceiling fan with both hands. Flail your feet out and ask people to walk into you as you hit their face.

    Try: www.trickstutorials.com

Go to the forum, very knowlegable people on stunts and the like there. They do stuff to make the 540 look basic. One thing, if you want to get the 540 your 360 needs to be easy to you.
